The Challenge

SFL, a leading commercial real estate company managing high-end office spaces across Paris, had recently made a significant investment in active travel facilities across three key properties: Washington Plaza, 103 rue de Grenelles, and Edouard VII. With sustainability and employee well-being at the forefront, they needed a compelling case study video to showcase why these upgrades mattered—not just for tenants, but for the future of workplace mobility in Paris.

The challenge? Bringing the story to life in a way that seamlessly blended expert insights with the energy and vibrancy of active travel in the city. The video needed to be engaging, informative, and visually striking—all while capturing the essence of SFL’s premium office spaces.

The Plan

To ensure a smooth production, we conducted a detailed recce ahead of the shoot, mapping out locations and planning logistics so that when our crew hit the ground, every frame was intentional.

The shoot itself took place over two days, capturing a mix of:

  • Dynamic b-roll from across Paris, showing the city’s active travel culture in action.
  • Stunning cinematic footage of SFL’s bike parks, showcasing the sleek design and functionality of their new facilities.
  • Authentic, insightful interviews with key stakeholders, including:
    • Lucas Sicard from Urbanite Advisors, a consultant instrumental in SFL’s mobility strategy.
    • Pierre-Yves Bonnaud, SFL’s Director of Asset Management, who provided insight into the company’s vision for the project.

To maximise impact, we delivered not only a 4-minute hero film but also three 45-second edits, each tailored to a specific building—ensuring SFL had versatile content to share across platforms.

The Results

The final videos didn’t just document SFL’s investment—they made it impossible to ignore. By combining engaging storytelling, high-energy city footage, and polished visuals of the new bike parks, we created a case study that positioned SFL as a forward-thinking leader in commercial real estate.

The content has since been used to:
- Showcase SFL’s commitment to sustainability and workplace innovation.
- Engage prospective tenants by highlighting the added value of active travel facilities.
- Reinforce SFL’s reputation as a company that invests in both people and infrastructure.
