The Challenge

While Refresh had plenty of accolades to showcase, their unique philosophy set them apart. Clients valued Refresh for their ability to elevate stories, not just campaigns. They needed a brand film that would highlight this distinctive ethos to attract new business leads and cement their position as storytellers, not just service providers.

The Plan

Eight Engines collaborated with Refresh to dive into the heart of their philosophy, developing three conceptual approaches to reflect their values. Together, we landed on Tell Your Story with Refresh, a voiceover-led narrative featuring Refresh’s own team.

The film centered on the idea that businesses don’t just need a PR agency—they need their stories told powerfully. Refresh excels in this art, and the brand film showcased it with:

  • Voiceover: A heartfelt and authentic narration, voiced by a Refresh team member to enhance relatability and credibility.
  • Team Focus: Dynamic shots of Refresh’s staff in action, highlighting their collaborative spirit and creativity.
  • Cinematography: A vibrant, modern aesthetic paired with clean visuals to reflect Refresh’s innovative approach.

Throughout the production, we worked closely with Refresh, providing creative input and strategic direction to ensure the film captured their ethos and exceeded their expectations.
